What we collect

When you use the contact form

We collect the name, email address, subject and message you type into the form. Please do not include sensitive information such as passwords or payment details in your message.

When you contact us another way

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and the content of your message.

Technical information

To limit spam, the website briefly keeps your IP address in the server's memory to count how many times the contact form is submitted. It is not saved with your message. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

This website does not use cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font from Google's servers, which can see your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy.

If you follow a link to another website, such as one of the projects we have built, that website's own policy applies.

How we use your information

Who we share it with

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email to our mailbox, which is hosted by a third-party email provider. We share information with service providers only where needed to run the website and our email, and where the law requires it. We do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting work, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing softwings.lk@gmail.com.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
